Currently working as an Engineer III Systems Design at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Lakshman is responsible for firmware architecture, design, development, maintenance, and upgrade, including embedded software, for the various products offered by Thermo Fisher. He provides device functioning support through firmware and software and handles the communications protocols development, OPC UA Server & Client Components, to channel information between servers and clients and ensure connectivity. Lakshman has consistently received recognition in the form of awards and appreciation for operations excellence. He has led many large teams to ensure successful project delivery and establish technology-driven systems that boost productivity, efficiency, and overall profitability for large-scale business operations. Lakshman has a B.Tech. in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Embedded Systems Designing from C-DAC Bangalore.
